@Harald ja ok, aber das ist schwurbelig. Die AO52 regelt nicht, wie man den gemeinnütigen Zweck erfüllt, sondern was diese Zwecke sind. Wenn man ein Open-Source-Spiel entwicklt, ist es erstmal nicht gemeinnützig. Wenn ich das aber zusammen mit Jugendlichen mache, im Rahmen der Jugendhilfe, des Bildungszwecks und der Förderung des E-Sports, ist es das jetzt schon. Das gilt bereits als ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit. Wenn ich allerdings eine Open-Source-Warenwirtschaft entwickle, sieht das anders aus.

Was ist denn daran schwurbelig, wenn die Entwicklung von z.B. #LibreOffice, #Gimp, #FreeCAD, #Inkscape oder #FreePascal als ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit anerkannt wird?
