Are there any communication/texting apps or software that are confirmed not to use any AI or LLMs in their code or coding process? Software with clear no-AI policies?

Self-hosting, E2EE, and open source would also be good, but for now I'm just wondering if there are any anti-AI chat app lists out there.

@grayhaven The Technical Council of the #XMPP Standards Foundation *explicitly rejected* a proposal that would enable a standardized use of AI via XMPP. The council consists of developers of OpenFire, Conversations, Dino, Cheogram, JMP and Libervia. I'm not sure in how far they have clear policies against the use of AI though.
