Nachdem Darth #Trump seine privat Friedenskonferenz veranstaltet, was läge näher, als dass das US Mandat als ständiges Mitglied des Sicherheitsrats zurücklegt. Das würde ich unterstützen.
So lange er das nicht tut, ist das, was er da fabriziert bestenfalls Kindergeburtstag, eher aber ein Stammtisch von Möchtegernen, ein Männerclub überwiegend aus autoritären, kriminellen Menschrechtsverbrechtern und Autoritären.
Da sieht man viele davon auf einem Bild.

#France said it was surprised that the #EuropeanCommission had sent an official to the #BoardOfPeace meeting, saying it did not have the mandate to represent member states.

"Regarding the European Commission & its participation, in reality we are surprised because it does not have a mandate from the Council to go & participate," foreign ministry spox Pascal Confavreux said to reporters, referring to the Council of the #EU's members.

The #WorldBank, the #UN & the #EU had estimated last February it would cost >$50billion to rebuild #Gaza, & were finalizing a new interim estimate of $70billion in November.

Soccer's governing body #FIFA will also help to raise $75 million for #soccer related projects in Gaza, #Trump said. The #US, #Canada & #Mexico will host the FIFA World Cup later this year.

Trump also said that it looks like #Palestinian militant group #Hamas will disarm. [doubtful]

#Trump said countries contributed >$7billion to relief efforts in #Gaza.

"I'm pleased to announce that #Kazakhstan, #Azerbaijan, #UAE, #Morocco, #Bahrain, #Qatar, #SaudiArabia, #Uzbekistan, & #Kuwait have all contributed more than $7 billion toward the relief package," Trump said.
