Jahre damit, Kritik zu verinnerlichen für Dinge, die einfach nicht Faulheit oder Willensschwäche sind.
Das nagt am Selbstwertgefühl.
Massiv.
Das Umlernen & Selbstmitgefühl üben ist ein Prozess. Und ich bin noch richtig schlecht darin. Geht's noch jemandem so?

The doctor said the goal with my son’s #ADHD medication was to help smooth out his issues with impulsive behavior, restlessness, and irritability without affecting his personality.
He took meds for the first time this morning and half an hour later said “the medicine is helping me aura farm better. A lot of girls are going to want to rizz me up.”
So mission accomplished, I guess!

Ugh, ADHD & Essen… eine ewige Herausforderung! 😩 Viele Medikamente brauchen regelmäßige Nahrung, aber wer hat schon Bock/die Energie dazu, wenn das Gehirn ständig woanders ist?
Und manche unterdrücken sogar den Hunger.
Gleichzeitig kämpfen andere mit emotionalem Essen, Impulskontrolle & Cravings (Dopamin-Mangel sei Dank!). Wie geht's euch damit? #ADHS #ADHD

Kein Ritalin bedeutet, mein Körper kann mehr Reserven ansammeln aber kein Ritalin heißt auch, die ADHS kickt voll rein. Chronische Erkrankung + ADHS ist echt eine kack Mischung.
