I discovered a new desert today... Silken Tofu-Peanut Butter Mousse
I got these cartons of it from the local Foodbank because I was one of the few people that actually eats tofu apparently.
But never the silken stuff, to soft and bland for me.
But this is a great recipe
Easy peasy. Love it.
