Solar Winds seems to have a bug where, at least when running in #DOSBox, it will run way too fast under some circumstances.
Pretty bad if those circumstances involve hostile ships shooting at you!
How did games back then figure out their timing, anyway? They seem to do it somehow (bugs aside), but how? There was no RDTSC before the Pentium.
