My daughter asked me for a bookshelf. Five pieces of wood and six hours later, it stands in her room.
Creating a shelf like this is really easy. You need a saw, a cordless screwdriver (or a drill), and optionally an eccentric sander—that’s all.

Its snowy and cold here. It helps me stay focused, because I don't want to leave the house. The low humidity keeps my printer filament happy. OTOH, the basement workshop is unusable -- below 50℉/10℃. So I defer some projects, and for others I bring tools upstairs and make a mess up here.

A3 Yes. But before I can start those, I first need to finish the current project, which being a secret santa gift, is a bit behind target. Alas I'm behing held up by the weather. I need access to my balcony to do the next part of the project, but the balcony is currently covered in snow and ice. So I can't.
I decided to make a funnel that screws right onto the desiccant canisters. Then I decided to try some stuff I'd seen about making G3-continuous surfaces in Fusion 360. This isn't perfectly G3, but it's close.
I made it ten times harder to model by flaring the funnel's outer surface out 45º to match the chamfer on the bottom ring, but keeping the inner surface G3 with the canister's inner surface. But I got it to work.

I'm overdesigning a funnel! It's a silly thing, but I'm stretching my 3D modeling ability past its limits and having fun. Fusion 360 doesn't really do G3 continuity, but I can force it.

A2) I think I’ve bored you all to death with it already, but it’s the railway bell instrument I restored. Two before and after photos.

The tool wall is finished! IKEA BESTÅ, SKÅDIS, UPPDATERA, and a whole lot of 3D modeling and printing.
I bought the furniture last November. I built the furniture in December. I spent the next six months modeling the custom hangers, and today I published all the 3D printed parts to Printables. Done done. Hooray!

These are the tool cabinets I have been making for the Community Workshop. Each one is about 1000 x 2000 x 200mm and used 4 sheets of 18mm plywood.
I built them as sealed boxes and then cut the door out, fitting the hinges as I went.
The right hand one has a narrower door as it needed to clear the work top and the electric/water intake. The deep recess behind the hinges will be used for sash cramp storage.
I still need to make the rest of the tool racks inside, and tidy them up.
They are mounted on the shipping container doors so that the doors can still open when needed and the tools access from outside.

A2: I can’t remember what I have done in 2025!
I think my favourite mike will probably be the big tool cabinets at the community workshop. They are a little rough around the edges but they work. Two cabinets, each 2000 x 1000 x 200mm and both made from four sheets of 18mm plywood. They hang on the doors of a shipping container so that the doors can still be opened outwards.
