The expression on the animal's face is so perfect. They're just like that. The color scheme is really cool, also, in my opinion to be able to make something interesting with those colors is difficult. The human's body adds contrast but doesn't look like it's there to add contrast?
Max Frey did others of these fantasy animals, I think I've seen some that are underwater, also.

meinen heutigen #BugOfTheDay habe ich neben dem bild für den fotovorschlag gefunden, der ist von anfang märz '25 und macht mir hoffnung und vorfreude darauf, vielleicht auch jetzt bald wieder die ersten schmetterlinge zu sehen. warm wird's ja schon mal, aber noch ist es eine trübe suppe, hier zumindest.
