Ich wurde zur Erstellung eines vorhabenbezogenen Bebauungsplans beauftragt. Ziel war es einen privaten Reitplatz im Außenbereich zu errichten. Dazu musste zunächst der Flächennutzungsplan angepasst werden. Im B-Plan selbst waren dann zahlreiche Festlegungen nötig, damit dieser Platz schließlich erstellt werden konnte.
