Two days ago, KDE Plasma 6.6 was released. Yesterday, the update for my distro was here. Update and reboot took less than 5 minutes. Everything is working.
Rolling release distros have the reputation to be unstable and that might be true in some cases, but Arch Linux and CachyOS do a really great job. And KDE anyway.

@zeratul2099 stable and unstable don't refer to how well a system runs, but rather to if applications and binaries provide stable as in non-changing interfaces. E.g. it might be that you need to adjust one of your scripts on Arch after an update because a binary that it's using changed parameters. This typically doesn't happen within a stable release.
Or here on NixOS unstable, I sometimes need to change attributes. On stable, this would only be every six months but to a greater extent
