@gittaca I don't attribute to Covid what can be explained by simple greed. Other techbro grifts (crypto, NFTs) followed this same cycle; I don't find this one substantially different and am wary of blaming it on a virus. To my mind these are two distinct, separate issues.
@lilithsaintcrow This highlights, though, why this #GenAI scam continues to find fertile ground. It's a mental crutch. And in a world where #CoVID is being mostly ignored, a lot more brains will continue to get foggy…

@lilithsaintcrow It's a different quality & scale, though, or did many companies mandate NFT use to their employees? IMHO, this suggests additional factors.
Return-to-office, lack of #CleanAirForAll or vaccine acces, and #GenAI tools might of course have simply a similar timeline, but that list of studies (along side the known aftereffects of SARS1) clearly indicates _some_ organic/physiological impact.
How large that is? Unclear, but it's clearly better to not test it on your own brain.
