🚨When a masked man grabbed Diaz’s left shoulder & slammed him against a vehicle, he thought he was being robbed.

He was listening to music & said he barely registered the vehicle that pulled up near him -until he felt the pain in his shoulder.

He felt confused & disoriented. But when he craned his neck, & saw >6 fed agents surrounding him, he understood what was happening.

“I’m Hispanic -dark (skinned) -why they picked me up” -a citizen.
