A Blåhaj cuddly shark stirring in a wadjan, a type of cast iron wok with two handholds instead of a stick. In the wadjang is a mix of cauliflower, pumpkin, fennel, Brussels's sprouts and union, seasoned with curry spices. Under the wadjan are the blue flames of a gas burner.
