"61 percent of #British #Jews said they have considered leaving the #UK within the past two years. Among those respondents, a majority cited the sharp rise in #antisemitism since #October7, 2023, as a primary factor. Nearly half also pointed to broader societal prejudice against Jews and antisemitism within #politicalparties.

The findings underscore how deeply the events following October 2023 have reshaped daily life for #Jewish #Britons. Ninety-eight percent of respondents said they believe antisemitism has increased since that time, while 96 percent said Jewish people in Britain are now less safe than before.

The sense of insecurity is not only abstract. Fifty-nine percent of #BritishJews said they actively avoid displaying visible signs of their #Jewishidentity, such as #religious clothing or symbols, due to fear of antisemitism."
