He's an ancient "library cop" for the Audex Anturia, who sounds a little like Wayne Knight. the clusters of red dots between his three teeth are his eyes, and he has a compartment in his chest that can hold a few reasonably sized scrolls or codices. like the rest of the Anturia's workers, he was genetically engineered for his job.
