When your #stress is high, your body produces extra #cortisol, which feels awful (and causes problems).
My best #StressManagement / coritsol management tip is to add heat to your middle back (/lower ribs). Heat boosts blood flow to the adrenal glands, which normalizes function including cortisol production (and also blood pressure). Bath / hot water bottle / heat pack / electric blanket etc. all work.
Safe, low cost, easy for most people in most circumstances. (YMMV)
