Was ein Tag. Eigentlich wunderschönes Wetter gewesen, zum Mittagessen draußen in der Sonne gesessen. Abends nach der Arbeit mit dem #Brompton #GLine zu 'ner Radtour um den #Greifensee #rausgeschafft. Irgendwann fingen dann die Pedale an, durchzudrehen. Es war aber nicht die Kette, die über Ritzel rutschte, denn die Kassette und der Spacer drehten sauber mit, nur das Rad immer weniger. Da ist wohl nach 2850km der Freilauf kaputt gegangen. 😫 26km von 42km geschafft. Heim mit Taxi. 🙄

On small roads through the Minervois wine region to the final destination of this tour: the stunning Medieval town of Carcassonne (in the background on the first photo). One advantage of a #folding bike is to just jump one hour after arrival on the first #train home. Next adventure hopefully in May.

A very pleasant but windy route, partly along the Mediterranean coast with views of the majestic, snow-capped Canigou mountain in the Pyrenees. The current temperature at the destination, Narbonne, is 18°C.

Here I parked my #Brompton #GLine in the back of a conference room and put the Rainlegs over its saddle for drying.

As I biked past a bus stop with my bakfiets to get groceries, I got applause!

I got to ride my e-brompton after riding only my bakfiets for a long time, and I had forgotten how fun it is to ride a zippy little bike

After using my brompton as a shopping cart, then unfolding it to ride home, a lady came up and said it was the neatest thing and we had a nice conversation. #BikeHFX #brompton #BikeTooter #Halifax
