Beetroot fattoush - tried this from the new "Bubala" recipe book, and it's great. (Salt-baking beetroot seems futile - next time, just use a pack of pre-cooked!). #nom #vegan #kitchendiary

Now this is a lovely white plate with an elegant heap of levantine salad on it eh? You probably can't see the bottom layer of dark black garlic tahini, but you can see beetroot, dill, orange segments, toasted bread...
