The seller, an halfing goat, responds to her. > Pepper: ""But... isn't there a−" > Seller: "−a fire? What fire? It's just a little hot today."

Panel 2. A posh lady walks past. An halfing dog-man brags. > Lady: "Someone is complaining? I'm perfectly fine. Just install a well in your home like we did." > Dog-Man: "There is no fire, kid! It’s pure Elves’ propaganda!"

Panel 3. Pepper points at the fire in the background, to the suprise of the lady and man. > Pepper: "But... Don't you see it?"

Panel 4. The posh lady, seller, and dog-man all scream at Pepper. She flies away on her broom without looking back, circling her finger near her head (a gesture for "crazy"). They're now completely engulfed in flames. > All: "Everything is FINE, OK?!!!"
