Thhat was a false image. White supremacist Americans do not accept that Black people should be able to vote. The Electoral College sent George W Bush and Donald Trump to the White House even when both lost the popular vote. The Senate gives each state 2 Senators regardless of population. California’s nearly 40 million are equal to West Virginia's less than 2 million in the US Senate. That already caused a Civil War, and it is causing another right now.
