My mom showed me her 20-year-old IKEA Family Card yesterday. Today, I asked IKEA support chat to reset the mail address for this card, providing the 19-digit number. No questions asked, immediately received a mail. After logging in, I was greeted with name, adress and shopping history of a completely different person, all the way back to 2022.
Chat no.2 is now struggling to fix this, suddenly asking a lot of questions. I have no words.
