The ID requirement is a change. -Wham Important Registration update! - You will need to show a government issued ID with a name matching ticket at registration. This is a late breaking requirement from the hosting facility. I understand this may cause concern, and we are working to minimize risk and impact. Data will not be shared with the host facility, other than in the case of a safety incident. In these cases, we will work to scope the data share only to relevant parties In cases where your name does not match your ID, please use the field in the eventbrite ticket "Name on ID" We will scrub the data from the eventbrite system, after 120 days post event. (eventbrite requirement) We are not capturing further data from the ID presented. If this change means you no longer wish to attend, please contact us prior to friday 8am for a cancellation and refund. (Normally would not refund so close to the event, but its important to provide this option)
