I've gotten into watching videos of people making coffee with top of the line equipment at home. Roasting, grinding, fluffing up, pressing, extracting. Filters, digital weighing scales, all manner of stuffing about. It's soothing in its own way - a high tech ceremony to optimising something that for most of us is good enough as-is.
