The biggest problem with the autism assessment questionnaires, namely them being utterly unfriendly for autistic people, stems from one weird assumption I think; that the person assessed is most likely neurotypical.
That is a very weird assumption given that the vast majority of neurotypical people don鈥檛 feel a need to go around trying to affirm their neurotypicality.
If anything, the questions should feel weird to neurotypical people if the assessment is tailored correctly.
