Why do they have to exclude #neopets from the @internetarchive wayback machine?

@GlitchyZorua @internetarchive neopets orginally asked them to exclude them afaik but they changed their stance on it i think. You can use the mirror links like noepet, neopest, & neopet for >2005 iirc
