Das ist eine interessante Betrachtung. Ich frag mich ja, wie viel das Ende von #Sun und auch wie viel das vor眉bergehende Aufgehen von #SuSE in Novell in den 00ern (mit schwieriger Neuausrichtung) die Vision des modernen Linux-Desktops blockiert haben.
Wirkliche Antreiber hinter den Communitys waren dann f眉r ein Jahrzehnt nur noch Redhat mit ihrer UX-Katastrophe Gnome 3 und Canonical, die haupts盲chlich kopflose NIH-Projekte anschoben.
Wir hatten es tats盲chlich schon mal besser.
