Currently reading: The "Treaty on the Final Settlement with Respect to Germany", trying to figure out whether I just imagined that Germany isn't allowed to have nukes as per that treaty, or whether a lot of people currently criticising Chancellor Merz for categorically denying German nuclear weapons are not even remotely educated enough to comment on the topic of who should have nukes and who should not.
Are there any experts on int'l law here?
