Fresh, Simple, & Zesty: Bean Salad & Pita!
Today for lunch we had a delicious and vibrant mixed salad of beans and spring onions paired with a crisp iceberg lettuce salad dressed simply with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Accompanied by warm grilled pita bread. Simple, healthy and LEKKERR!! (yummy)
