Sat night we observed something that looked like 3 ac doing pattern with landing lights on.

Unusual:

+based on their velocity they were around 20-30nm away, but their general relative bearing didnt changed for an hour

+they where way in the 400s. Who is using landing lights up there? Special refueling ops? Global Hawk & co?

+our position: between foxli and dolev. Contacts on our 10.
