@Rainer_Rehak No, these three things and the role of Germany in each are NOT the same. And if we apply such lax standards to make lump statements, then the number of involvments stated is way to low.
@yoshi She did not speak of the specific role in each and I also cannot see a lax standard, because judging from the context she probably meant ”essential role”. I found her comment interesting because not many other counties have such record and that might tell you something about a society.

@Rainer_Rehak I mean I'm just guessing which three she means (one is obvious by context), but honestly I can think of at least three of the top of my head, two of which were perpetuated by Germany directly, which is not comparable to "involvment", and one which was on an industrial scale that makes it uncomparable to anything else in human history. But all of are unique and different from each other, if we want to draw any conclusions from this we need to be more exact.
@Rainer_Rehak I'm mainly pointing this out because I think such reductionism is one of the reasons so much is going down the drain currently.
