I feel like fedi might enjoy this question:

You're now an email provider (congrats/commiserations!). Your primary customer base has no fixed device to access their email from. They only access their email through public or shared computers. How would you design your service to let these customers securely access their email? How would you handle lost or forgotten passwords?

Bonus challenge - these customers also don't have smartphones, and are on limited/pay-as-you-go plans that mean you can't always rely on reaching them via phone.
