Russia's representative to the UN:
"Moscow cannot support the Security Council's draft resolution on Gaza. It does not align with the two-state framework adopted in the New York Declaration, lacks any clear timeline for transferring control of Gaza to the Palestinian Authority, offers no certainty regarding a Peace Council or an international stabilization force, and risks entrenching the separation of Gaza from the West Bank."
