Oh, there is one thing I completely forgot about these neon signs: Not only do they have beautiful artwork and colourful lights - they also have animations!

And every evening the whole city becomes a light show. Over 40 skyscrapers take part in the Symphony of Lights. It is very impressive but also quite unsatisfying, as the lights in the different buildings are very poorly synchronised, with delays of up to 3 seconds or so. The video only shows a small part of the show, but I love the person walking up the stairs, as usually everyone in Hong Kong takes the elevator.
