If you run a PeerTube instance you might want to help with the bandwidth by volunteering your instance for redundancy:
1. Log into your PeerTube admin account
2. Go to the video on your PeerTube website
3. Click ⋯ and select "Mirror"
This means when people watch the video on its original instance, your instance will automatically help out with the bandwidth.
(Multiple people watching will share the load directly through P2P as usual, but adding this instance redundancy helps too.)

I would go further, I think that PeerTube instances need to look into getting onion or i2p addresses to hide their identity
