#MPF backup now worked too. Pulled the disk out. And my suspicion about the glue appear to be correct. The edges are quite sticky and when I put it onto the scanner the underside also looks a bit different now.
However the #MPF backup doesn't play in VLC, both of the MakeMKV backups work just fine though?!?!

MakeMKV backup finished successfully.
Now try redumper just to check. That one failed before on all 4 drives. If that one works now too then just leaving the disk in the drive for 1-2 days (while IsoBuster tried to read all of the damaged sectors in an endless loop) really (at leat for now) repaired that disk.
Still surprising but the results speak for themselves.

Yep, have it now confirmed. L1 is no longer readable.
And L0 needed a bit of convincing to be readable.
Also I now learned that the percentage that redumper shows is based upon the metadata the OS probides and not the one it reads "raw" off of the disk.
I've now 3 incomplete dumps all ending at the layer break. I also checked a few secors at random and all of them were broken. So I guess my changes are nearly 0 for being able to read anythign off of it. So skipping that.
I think I now found the correct layer break location. However it also looks like the 2nd layer is not readable anymore....
