Btw. one funny, memorable incident at the #39c3, a "trick" I pull off from time to time:
"Do you run #Linux? Btw. your laptop has @batadv installed already then."
People are then typically like, "what, how can this #mesh software I have just heard of for the first time be installed on MY device?"
Then I tell them to type "modprobe batadv" and/or "ip link add dev bat0 type batadv". Which then leads to nice discussions regarding how one gets into the upstream #LinuxKernel.
