One thing I notice about Alien Resurrection is that it is that the plot doesn’t make any sense. In other Alien films they were grabbing people to use as hosts for face huggers so they could get more aliens. In this film they’re just randomly killing.

And Ripley’s superhuman, hybrid killing machine character doesn’t work for me.

They have taken a character we think we know and made her strange and hard to know.
