Co-founder and lead of #OpenPrinting (since 2001), introduced CUPS printing system in Mandrake Linux in 2000 working at MandrakeSoft, with this and a lot of evangelism (booths, talks, workshops) made the other distros switch to CUPS, 2006-2025 at Canonical, 2025-2026 funded by Sovereign Tech Fund, co-organizing annual meetings with the Printer Working Group (PWG), since 2008 every year mentoring in Google Summer of Code, fellow of the Linux Foundation. Does everything to make printing just work!
Edubuntu is an official flavor of Ubuntu for Education. It's purpose is for classrooms, students of all ages, and other educational communities!
