I am Adjunct Professor of International Law and Security Regulations at eCampus University and serve on scientific and advisory boards in intelligence and international studies. I am a Senior Advisor at the Global Policy Institute, Washington, D.C. I previously worked as a State official with diplomatic accreditation in Uzbekistan and in post-conflict missions in Albania, Eritrea, Kosovo, and Iraq. I was awarded the Knighthood of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
