follow requests:
- to prove you read this, copy and paste this "follow requests" section and DM it to me
- single one-way, or barely any both-ways interactions do not meet requirements (swift follows after first interactions are swiftly rejected)
- profiles are vetted, without any sort of reliable timeframe. profiles must have a sufficiently extensive bio, and a history of posting to sufficient levels, and there is an interest overlap.
- don't repeat follow requests. explicit warnings will be sent if repeated too fast and frequently.
- dormant accounts (in their activity or both way interactions) are forcefully unfollowed

fedi DMs are pretty much open, in fact required to be able to contact me on delta chat (links are always auto accept) and matrix (separate spam from legit contacts)
