While Mastodon has the possibility to import CSVs, Pixelfed has it not! But as I wanted to have it, I was building one!

thx. no idea how to add this as php to the pixelfed admin board.
sorry. but feel free to use the way of doing it, and add it.

(tbh: I'm not sure how much is this needed for most of the people. but https://fedi.punk.guide can do a mass export of accounts which are punk / hardcore related. and I guess most bands also share pictures... but beside of that page 🤷‍♂️ )
