@nobsagile sitting down alone thinking, what was good, what could have been better, do one little improvement.
@nobsagile a single team and team starts at 3 persons?

@lobingera Do you see team size itself as a value-creating unit — or as something that enables feedback?

@nobsagile I never thought about that, but second.
I just need constantly remind my next-level-management, that 2 is not a teamsize, as there is a single communication link to organize.
(we usually plan with teams of 3 and above and then by outside events need to reallocate people and then things go sideways)
