Line graph time series for Arctic sea ice volume in every December from 1901 through 2025. Two datasets are compared between PIOMAS-20C (a blue line) and PIOMAS v2.1 (a dashed red line). There is large interannual variability, but a long-term decreasing trend since 1990.
