Helping a friend migrate their Fedora install to a new SSD (and get rid of Windows 🔥) but it isn't being detected as bootable by UEFI? The old drive had Fedora installed alongside Windows and ended up with two EFI partitions (yes 2!): one Windows, one Fedora+GRUB. Mysteriously the Fedora EFI was formatted ext4 instead of fat32. I used `rsync -aHAXS` to copy the files to new fat32 and btrfs partitions, and set ESP "boot" flag, but sadly we don't even get a GRUB menu.
