Can someone point me to sources where I can read up on how #covid, #cleanair, #masking and #vaccination is perceived in the #netherlands #nederland?

I travel a lot to the Netherlands and I am almost always the only one masking in trains, shops etc. I have had no negative encounters though ^^
Is there a discourse or ambitions etc about implementing more systems for clean indoor air or are there already rules that shops/universities/employers/... had to implement?
