Comic sketch Panel 1: dragon anthro enters door with the name "Dr. Teta". A bundle of tentacles in a big barrel on coasters wheels feels over a clip board on the other end of the room. A bunch of tentacles has a head mounted mirror attached yo it, approximating a head. The head whips around to face is, which makes the mirror slide a bit off centre. Next panel is a clip board with a printed note " Hello there, I'm Dr. Teta. Feel free to close the door and sit on the bench. We will start shortly <3" On the top edge, where the doctor grabs the board is a dot pattern that should read "hello note" in braillie. The doctor washes their tendrils while the dragoness takes a seat. Next panel is a side view of the dragoness and the doctor sitting on the bench, a clipboard between them with unreadable text while it presents a bulbous appendage to her. The wash basin can be seen in the background with a dark spot on the wall where a mirror used to be mounted. She holds a tendril with the left hand and lifts the hospital gown. The mirror on Dr. Tetas head has completely rotated its head by this point. The bulbous appendage is cold and slimy. The procedure seems to dissolve the unwanted genitals, being sucked into the tentacle, afterwards the bulb inverts, creating an internal cavity and reconfiguring her insides and outward leading genital slit. Her crotch is left quiet thoroughly slimed. Last panel is the dragoness having cleaned herself up a bit, looking overjoyed at the result.
