The cliff house has two brick columns. made with natural sandstone bricks, between which are two wood railings made from local trees. Behind the railings is a door and other eroded brick structures. About six meters below the cliff house is a round natural brick structure tucked into a crevasse between the canyon floor and the cliff face.

A few lichens on the bark of a cherry tree, photographed with the 25mm ultra macro lens at 5x magnification. It's fun, and I hope to be able to do it more often outdoors this spring.

I was fortunate to be under the flight path of thousands of waders coming into the high tide roost today, Knot (shown here), Dunlin and Grey Plover. The sight, (and sound) of so many birds passing so closely is always an uplifting experience. South Walney.

Zwei Rote #Waldameisen (Formica rufa) schleppen einen toten Föhrengast (Chlorochroa pinicola), also eine #Wanze, quer über einen Waldweg. Die Beute wiegt ein Vielfaches vom Gewicht der Ameisen.
