Ich finde " #accessibility" auf Englisch nicht mal wirklich treffend: Es heißt doch wörtlich "Erreichbarkeit". Das drückt doch nicht den Aspekt der Darstellung von UI-Elementen aus.
Kann man auf Englisch wirklich nicht "Barrierefreiheit" sagen? "barrier-free"? Warum soll sich die ganze Welt mit diesem Schwachsinnswort accessibility rumschlagen, das so lang und kompliziert zu schreiben ist, dass die Hipster es *ganz zugänglich* als "a11y" abkürzen?

When you tell AI models on what specifically to look out for in a coding task…

…they repeatedly, consistently, just won't care. At all. Ever.

That's your "vibe coding“ for y'all.

Btw, I’m working on a benchmark for #a11y #accessibility stuff for „AI“.

Requests are being spread on fediverse to use hashtags not inline but at the end, because screen readers. I am aiming for accessibility.

At the same time, I like using hypertext in full and not as a digital copy of printed materials, and highly value terms being links when first used, not with the main expectation that they are followed, but for clarification (eg. of definitions) and semantic linking.

Can and should I indicate such "soft" (non-intrusive) links in HTML?

I think lot’s of people (devs/users/everybody) would benefit from field-tested accessible components for all (the complicated) use-cases.

There are libraries like this, but most of them looked half-baked. Send me good examples, if there are any you like.

What would it take to set something like this up? Who would want to join?
