Since Hoche's and Binding's book "Die Freigabe der Vernichtung lebensunwerten Lebens" in 1920 the #political #ideology encompasses the active killing of or measures not prolonging the #life of those deemed “unworthy of life” – among other reasons because they would waste society's resources. The #Nazis implemented this in “Aktion T” program, but also highly decentralized in #hospitals and #psychiatric institutions by reducing #medical treatment or #food .
